We’ve Expanded in Dublin!

We are expanding our EMEA footprint with the opening of a new development centre in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin Development Centre, located right in the heart of Dublin near St Stephen’s Green public park, is officially open for business as part of Appirio’s Global Services team.

Our goal is to better serve our expanding base of European customers, as well as global customers that rely on us as their trusted cloud partner. Since establishing our European presence in 2011, we’ve witnessed considerable year-on-year employee growth in the region.

The Dublin Development Centre provides consulting and engineering resources to our EMEA teams for our Salesforce and Workday projects, as well as our newer practices such as Cornerstone OnDemand and ServiceMax. It is also home to a number of engineers on our Cloud Management team, which delivers a steady stream of enhancements as well as technical support once a solution is live and running.

Aileen Lennon, who has been with Appirio since 2008, will be leading our Dublin Development Centre along with a broader team of experienced managers. Her current role involves managing all aspects of development and delivery for Appirio in EMEA as part of the wider global structure. Aileen has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and technology experience. Before joining Appirio, she was at various business consultancy firms including Electronic Data Systems, First-e Bank, and Dun & Bradstreet Business Information Solutions.

We’ve grown immensely over the last few years, and Appirio is now well situated to serve even the largest global brands through our offices in the U.S., U.K., and Japan, our Jaipur Development Centre in India, and our crowdsourcing community of more than 750,000 designers, developers, and data scientists. We believe that formal establishment of the Dublin Development Centre will aid in growing our EMEA region overall, providing a larger pool of skilled resources, increasing Appirio’s range of language skills, and supplementing the remote support EMEA already enjoys from our Jaipur Development Centre.

Stay tuned for more news from Dublin and our European operations!
