If formula writing was an Olympic event, team USA might consist of Steve Molis, Brad Gross, and Appirio’s Mark Passovoy. A Formula field in Salesforce can be both maddening and wonderful. This is the session for Administrators who want to improve their skills. Mark will need a long nap after this, his third session.
