One company that has already made the jump to a more collaborative social intranet is Virgin America. So we invited Amy Cisneroz, Program Manager at Virgin America who oversaw the implementation of VX Connect – a mobile, social employee intranet experience built on the Salesforce.com platform – to come in for a quick chat about their objectives and experience.
