Appirio Chosen by Google as a Customer Success Services Enabled Partner for Google Apps

San Francisco, Calif. – September 26, 2013Appirio, a global cloud services provider, has announced that it is now a provider of Customer Success Services (CSS) for Google Apps, approved by Google. Appirio’s ability to provide this service comes as a result of meeting Google-specified criteria for delivering consistently high standards of support and advisory services for Google Apps.

Appirio is one of a select group of top-level implementers enabled by Google, recognized for its service level, customer survey scores and overall customer processes. As a CSS enabled partner, Appirio offers Google Enterprise’s high-caliber services to its global customers, including enhanced technical support, proactive customer engagement and Google Apps advice and consulting.
