In the June 2013 report, “The Forrester Wave™: Salesforce.com Implementation Services, Q2 2013,” Forrester evaluated and ranked the top 10 most significant Salesforce implementation partners globally. They evaluated the firms against 45 criteria, which were grouped according to current offering, strategy and market presence.
Appirio leads the specialist firms in the evaluation and received the highest current offering scores of those vendors in the strong performers category.

Earlier, the report states that “companies are (still) flocking to SaaS solutions, looking to gain speed and agility, flexibility, and innovation to drive their businesses forward.”
The report also gave Appirio the top score for its prebuilt IP and accelerators and credits CloudSpokes, Appirio’s “industry-first crowdsourcing model that links into more than 70,000 experts around the world.”
